Coffee

Spirit Mountain Coffee is an ecological preserve & certified organic coffee plantation in the Dominican Republic. It was founded & is operated by part-time Gunnison residents Chad & Krista Wallace & their daughters Aspen & Kathryn. They are committed to elevating the quality of coffee being produced in the Dominican Republic & are using their farm to experiment with varietals & processing methods so that they can encourage other growers in the area to improve their crop.
