Spirit Mountain Coffee is an ecological preserve and certified organic coffee plantation in the Dominican Republic. It was founded & is operated by part-time Gunnison residents Chad & Krista Wallace and their daughters Aspen and Kathryn. They are committed to elevating the quality of coffee being produced in the Dominican Republic and are using their farm to experiment with varietals and processing methods so that they can encourage other growers in the area to improve their crop.
